Let's Get Back on Track
Ronald Reagan once said, “Government does not solve problems, it subsidizes them.” That is exactly what Kentuckians are experiencing in the midst of the pandemic.
My name is Andrew Cooperrider, I am a husband, father and businessman, not a career politician. I am running for the Kentucky State Senate because I am tired of politicians who will say anything to get elected, and then do absolutely nothing.
As a businessman, I have helped create good jobs, balanced budgets and tackled complex issues. In Lexington, the politicians think that spending more of your money is the way to solve problems. While here at home, we figure out ways to operate our businesses more efficiently and we work hard to balance the family budget.
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is facing enormous issues due to government over-reach and out of control spending. Career politicians are using the pandemic as an excuse to justify their incompetence, and I am here to hold them accountable.
In the midst of the pandemic, my coffee shop continued operating safely despite the governor’s ridiculous mandates. It took a little common-sense, and a lot of hard work to stay safe, but we got the job done – despite government interference.
With your help, we can get the job done in Lexington too. I am asking for your vote, because “united we stand, divided we fall.” Working together, we can get to work delivering regulation and tax relief, balancing the budget, protecting life and preserving liberty. Please join the fight.
